Flowchain community today officially announces the completion of the FLC token migration from Ethereum Mainnet to Base Network. This migration marks a major milestone in Flowchain’s ongoing evolution toward a fully community-driven and decentralized ecosystem.
About the Migration
Originally deployed on Ethereum Mainnet in 2018, the FLC token has now transitioned to Base Network — an L2 blockchain built on the Optimism stack. The migration provides users with faster transactions, lower gas costs, and improved developer support.

Community Governance
Following the migration, FLC on Base Network is now fully managed and operated by the community. The Flowchain Foundation no longer maintains administrative control of the token contract or its operations. All ecosystem developments, governance proposals, and project initiatives are community-driven.
Impact and Next Steps
- Ethereum Mainnet contract references are deprecated and no longer active.
- All community tokens previously held on mainnet have been migrated to Base Network.
- No new token issuance, ICO, or private sale will be conducted by Flowchain Foundation.
- Developers and partners should update integrations to point to the Base Network contract.
